Connection and requirements of air source of polyurethane foaming machine:

1. Connect the pure compressed air air source with 0.5-0.7mpa and displacement capacity of 1m cubed /min to the pressure regulator connector of the main engine. Such as gas line longer than 10 m, the pipe diameter should be increased to about 20 mm Φ appropriately, lest affect gas.

2. Connect the end of the three power lines (one of which is the protective earth wire) drawn from the host directly to the 220V and 50HZ single-phase power supply with leakage protection switch. The power should meet 6KW.
