1. The connection between the horizontal axis and the hinge is preferably made by mechanical connection. If the hinge and the hinge are fixed by welding, the horizontal axis will inevitably be deformed and bent when heated, unable to be parallel to the axis, and will be distorted when the machine is running, which is also the main reason that the seal of the horizontal axis is easy to cause material leakage. But the mechanical connection in the installation will not cause the horizontal axis variant and convenient disassembly.

2. The twisted leaves should be designed reasonably, and it is better not to have uneven materials accumulated in the dead corner when stirring. Its twisted leaves should be stirred to each part, so the best gap between the twisted leaves and the machine barrel is 10-20mm. Buyers can use tools to measure the spacing between the twisted leaves and the four walls.

3. The machine barrel is completely closed welding or through the flange seal, completely closed seal process is simple, low cost, so most of the domestic sealing way. Although the flange type seal technology is more complex, but the design is more reasonable, but the horizontal axis or hinge blade failure or wear, just remove the fixed screw can be replaced, and the welding closed can not be replaced and maintenance, can only be completely destroyed. In addition, the machine barrel rust prevention process is also worth noting.
